Shipping policy

Shipping:

All items advertised on the SnoreMeds™ website have an indication of the delivery time. The warehouse has a 2 day handling time frame, followed by a 3-5 day delivery within New Zealand. Delivery to Australia may take 6-10 days, due to current COVID restrictions. Unforeseen delays, pandemics, seasonal peaks and delays at customs are outside the control of SnoreMeds™ and deliveries may take longer.

Shipping direct from our warehouses:

New Zealand Customers - Shipping 3- 5 days via New Zealand Post Courier.

Australian Customers - Shipping 10 - 14 days via New Zealand Post (under normal circumstances.)

Payment Methods:

Credit Card payments are done using Shopify Payments. Please note that to protect our customers and the interests of customers, SnoreMeds™ scrutinizes all transactions very carefully to prevent attempted fraud and a transaction may be refused if is not satisfied by Shopify Payments with it's legitimacy.

Item Costs:

The price of each product is displayed with the product. In the event of a sale or special offer, the discounted price is displayed. Import duties may be payable by recipients of goods in foreign countries. SnoreMeds™ will not be liable for any foreign levies or added costs.

Agreements of Sale:

An agreement of sale between SnoreMeds™ and a user only comes into effect if and when:

A credit card authorisation is received from the issuing bank; or A deposit of an electronic transfer is reflected on SnoreMeds™ bank statement (and only if such payment is received within 5 (five) business days after completion of the purchase cycle); or A direct deposit is reflected on SnoreMeds™ bank statement (and only if such payment is received within 5 (five) business days after completion of the purchase cycle.

SnoreMeds™ reserves the right to refuse, to accept and/or execute an order without giving any reasons. SnoreMeds™ also reserves the right to cancel orders in whole or in part, as circumstances dictate.

SnoreMeds™ shall only be liable to refund monies already paid by the user, excluding the shipping cost. SnoreMeds™ shall take all reasonable efforts to maintain correct prices.

However, should errors occur and items are offered at incorrect prices, SnoreMeds™ will not be obliged to sell goods at such incorrect prices and shall only be liable to refund monies paid.
